PETG - (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol): Durable, flexible, and moisture-resistant. TPU - (Thermoplastic Polyurethane): Flexible and rubber-like material for custom parts. The time it takes to complete your print depends on the complexity, size, and material chosen: Basic prints: Typically 2-5 business days. Large or complex prints: May take 7-10 business days. Prototyping and production orders: Timelines vary based on design and quantity. If you are local to the Reno/Sparks area we can also deliver the product directly to you. We will provide an estimated time of delivery after your order is processed.

We take great care in packaging your items, but in the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to either send a replacement or offer a refund.
